How Early Can You File Your Returns?
- Individual return processing by the IRS: E-filed returns will be accepted by the IRS starting January 31st. We would still like you to bring your information in as soon as possible so we can prepare the returns and have them ready for e-filing so you can get your refund as soon as possible. We do not have word on the estimated IRS processing time for refunds yet.
- Business returns (Partnership and Corporation returns) can be processed by January 13th. If you have your QuickBooks file complete, please get it to us as early as possible.
